All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched from our office in Sweden:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center, where we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE:

Some countries charge extra administrative and toll charges when receiving packages. Those costs are not our costs. We are not responsible for any additional fees, including toll and any administrative costs. It is up to the purchaser of our good to make sure they are aware of the possible extra administrative cost their country might charge.

We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within seven days, please contact us.

My tracking says, “no information available at the moment.”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than seven business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
