All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched from our office in Sweden:
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center, where we will ship your item(s) within 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE:
Some countries charge extra administrative and toll charges when receiving packages. Those costs are not our costs. We are not responsible for any additional fees, including tolls and any administrative costs. It is up to the purchaser of our goods to make sure they are aware of the possible extra administrative costs their country might charge.

We will email you a tracking number when your items have been shipped. It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships, including your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within seven days, please contact us.
My tracking says, “no information available at the moment.”
For some shipping companies, it can take 2-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than seven business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
