Please do acknowledge that all our goods are used but authentic and tested parts. The nature of used products is that they can vary from the product pictures in terms of color and condition. This is the nature of used goods, and we do our absolute best to deliver your parts in their best condition.
You can't cancel orders once they have been shipped from our offices in Sweden. Cancelation requests after product shipment will be denied a refund.
We don't offer returns on our refurbished spare parts.
To get a refund for a damaged product, please sent us a description of the error and pictures to email@example.com. Please be aware that we might ask you to send the product back to us for testing.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
